Designed for families with children: Imagine an immersive event that draws you in to fully experience moments as envisioned by artists. In this multi-media and multi-disciplinary InsideOut Experience, together we will explore how Impressionist art and music conveys the light, motion and feel of each moment, and how Debussy’s music takes Impressionism beyond the art and brings us into successions of moments, delivering an absolutely amazing experience.
In addition to the immersive InsideOut experience with members of the orchestra, Impressionist art curated and introduced by Dr. Charles Riley, Director of the Nassau County Museum of Art will be projected to deliver a holistic, fully immersive experience. Following this engaging program, your children will have the opportunity to play the instruments of the orchestra in an Instrument Zoo provided by the Lucy Moses School.
